Cancelation & Spending

Booking Options:

Full prepayment required to reserve your date (no booking fee applies).

Cancellation Policy:

7+ days notice = 75% refund

Less than 7 days = 50% refund

48-hour window or no-show = No refund
Why?

Once we turn down other requests for your date, refunds aren’t possible beyond this policy.

Spending & Overage Policy:

Prepay via guest tier or open menu allotment

If an authorized manager approves extra purchases (“open tab”) during the event, we will track the overage and invoice you after the event for the difference.
