Refund policy

Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for catering services, snacks, or ice cream purchases.

Our $50 booking fee is non-refundable and secures your event date and time. This fee does not apply toward the final balance. In the event of weather or emergencies, we will work with you to reschedule based on availability. Events canceled less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a charge of up to 50% of the estimated total.

Merchandise (if applicable) must be returned within 7 days in unused condition.
