General Questions

Do you do on call deliveries?

No — we do not deliver individual ice cream or snacks to homes or businesses.

Frosty Brothers is a catering-style ice cream truck for events only. We require a $200 minimum or 2-hour event window for all bookings.

What areas do you serve?

We serve San Antonio, TX, and surrounding areas within 50 miles of zip code 78245. A travel fee may apply beyond that.

Will you run out of products?

Sometimes! Popular items can sell out. We restock daily, but due to demand, availability isn’t guaranteed. We recommend guests arrive early.

📅 Booking & Scheduling

What is the cost to book Frosty Brothers?

A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your date. Our event minimum is $200, which covers up to 2 hours or up to $200 in products — whichever comes first.

What happens after I pay the booking fee?

We’ll call you after to confirm the location , time and date.

Can the truck stay longer if the party is still going?

Yes — if we don’t have another event booked. To extend, you must spend at least $100 per additional hour in product.

Can I prepay to control spending?

Yes! We recommend it. You can prepay a cap (like $300), and once it’s reached, we’ll stop service. It’s your responsibility to communicate this to your guests.

Can I book just for guests to pay individually?

Yes — we offer a “Ice Cream Pop-Up” option where you pay the $50 fee, and your guests can order individually. You’re not required to prepay for their items.

💳 Payment & Fees

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, and Cash App.

We do not accept checks, and only one payment method can be used per event.

Can guests pay individually?

Yes — for "The All-In Treat Bar" or “Ice Cream Pop-Up” events. They’ll order from the truck directly, but the $50 booking fee is still required in advance and must meet the $200 minimum.

What if I delay payment at the end of the event?

If we wait more than 30 minutes after service ends and no communication is received from event planner, we reserve the right to charge a $100/hour waiting fee.

🌧️ Weather & Cancellations

What happens if it rains?

We may pause or reschedule the event due to lightning, flooding, or unsafe conditions. We’ll always contact you if changes are needed.

Can I cancel my event?

Yes — but the $50 booking fee is non-refundable. If you cancel within 24 hours of the event, we may charge up to 50% of the estimated total.

🎗️ Fundraisers & Special Events

Do you do fundraisers?

Yes! We donate 15% of total sales for school, church, and nonprofit events. A $50 non-refundable fee is still required. If there's low turnout or no crowd in the first hour, we may leave early to cover time and travel.

Can you do two fundraiser locations at once?

No — we can only provide one truck per event and donations cannot be split between locations.
